Congratulations to the Diploma students; Matthew Vos the head chef and the team of Sharon Nam, Ho-Tek, Clyde Ibanez, Lisa Peck, Eun-young Oh, Rhys Davis, Julien Baker, Jessica Hughes, Katie Hughes, Yoga Muthali and Teacher Stephen O’Brien who created this five course menu, being well received by all guests and fellow teachers
