Students- Hamilton TAFE
Congratulations
to Class 3.1A -3rd Year Apprentices at Hamilton TAFE, who have successfully
designed menus and catered for numerous set menu, canapé functions up to 120
pax and a 8 course degustation dinner. This year saw student menus using
skilled European fundamental cookery methods, techniques and menu style while
incorporating molecular methods and flavors.
The 3rd year
apprentices created and presented student menus in the restaurant designed by Alex
Hunter, Duane, Carly Day, Fergus Walsh, Laura, Tom , Kaitlyn Carter, Paul ,
Shane , Andrew Tull and Teacher Richard Ransom .
We would like to
wish all the 3rd Year Cookery Students at Hamilton the very best in classes for
their upcoming exams
