This year we had 9 competitors:

With Support from ours Sponsors mentioned below, each competitor was provided with CD'S, and either books, knives or cookery equipment

The winner "Chris Thornton" -from restaurant II will be awarded his prize early in 2007 - which will include a cash donation for travel to London to further his career.
