Hi and welcome to our TAFE Commercial Cookery Competitions for 2007


We have 2x competitions for the apprentice chef's

1/ The Commercial Cookery Apprentice skills competition 2007 (16th of October)

This has three categories; 1st year apprentices, 2nd year apprentices and 3rd /4th year apprentices

2/ Secondly we have the Brett Graham Award 2007

This competition is for 3rd and 4th year apprentices only, with a written submission required by the apprentice - the submissions will be judged and the top 12 entrants asked to demonstrate their cookery abilities on the 17th of October 2007
