Well Done Stage 3 Students- Hamilton TAFE
Congratulations to Class 3.1B -3rd Year Apprentices at Hamilton TAFE, who have successfully catered for the Crowne Plaza Food and Beverage competition.
The 3rd year apprentices also created and presented student menus in the restaurant designed by Peter Tantos and Joshua Paoletti. The team includes Darryl Burns, Peter Collins, Andrew Keevers, Kristopher Owens, Joshua Paoletti, Kane Sanders, Peter Tantos, Ben Ellis, Joshua Mills, and recently arrived Gordon McDermott, Teacher Stephen O'Brien
Classes 3.1A Under the Guidance of Teacher Craig Williams and 3.1C Teacher Geoff Sawyer have recently produced degustation menus with guest chefs' Peter Bryant and Lesley Taylor.
We would like to wish all the 3rd Year Cookery Students at Hamilton the very best in classes for their upcoming exams
